주일학교반석의 밤 무언극 'God is God'

God is God

And the pain falls like a curtain   고통이 커튼처럼 드리워지네
On the things I once called certain   내가 확실하다고 생각했던 것들에
And I have to say the words I fear the most   그리고 나는 가장 두려워하는 말을 해야만하네
I just don't know   난 알 수 없다고

And the questions without answers   대답 없는 질문들이
Come and paralyze the dancer   와서 춤추는 이를 마비시키네
So I stand here on the stage afraid to move   그래서 나는 여기 무대 위에 서서 망설이고 있네
Afraid to fall, oh, but fall I must   넘어질까 두려워하며, 하지만 난 넘어져야하네
On this truth that my life has been formed from the dust   내 삶이 먼지에서부터 만들어졌다는 이 진리를

God is God and I am not   하나님은 하나님이시며 나는 그렇지 않음이여
I can only see a part of the picture He’s painting   그가 그리시는 그림의 부분만 볼 수 있다네
God is God and I am man   하나님은 하나님이시고 나는 사람이라
So I'll never understand it all   결코 이해할 수 없을 것이라네
For only God is God   하나님은 하나님이시기 때문에

And the sky begins to thunder   하늘에 벼락이 치기 시작하고
And I’m filled with awe and wonder   나는 두려움과 놀라움으로 가득찼네
t'il the only burning question that remains Is who am I   내가 누구인가라는 불타는 듯한 질문이 내 안에 남아있기까지

Can I form a single mountain   내가 산 하나라도 만들 수 있는가
Take the stars in hand and count them   별을 손에 쥐고 셀 수 있는가
Can I even take a breath without God giving it to me   하나님이 숨을 주시지 않고 숨을 쉴 수 있는가
He is first and last before all that has been   그는 처음이자 나중이시며 모든 것의 먼저이십니다
Beyond all that will pass   없어질 모든 것보다 먼저이십니다

Oh, how great are the riches of His wisdom and knowledge   그의 지혜와 지식이 어찌나 풍성한지
How unsearchable for to Him and through Him   그를 찾는 것과 생각하는 것이 불가능까지 합니다

and from Him are all things    그로 인해 모든 것이 만들어졌습니다

So let us worship before the throne   보좌 앞의 하나님 앞에 경배합시다

Of the One who is worthy of worship alone   홀로 경배받으시기 합당하신 그 분께
